Lisa-Jo Baker is the co-host of the Out of the Ordinary Podcast and author of Never Unfriended (a Publishers Weekly and ECPA bestseller), The Middle Matters, and Surprised by Motherhood, as well as the Bible Study, We Saved You a Seat and its companion study for Teen Girls.

Her newest book, It Wasn’t Roaring, It Was Weeping stretches from South Africa’s outback to Washington, D.C. and is an honest and lyrical coming-of-age memoir of growing up
in South Africa at the height of apartheid and is an invitation to recognize and refuse to repeat the sins of our fathers.
