Five Minute Friday: in real life

There’s something wonderful about connecting here in a blog post.

But there’s nothing like connecting in real life.

Community born on line can take deep breaths of real life off line.

I’ve been working on something with a team of wonderful folks who want to bring real life to you.

It’s why I’ve been quiet over here this week. Because I’ve been dreaming loud over here.

Come one, come all – come on over here today.

And then link up your five minutes about connecting in real life.

    1. Write for 5 minutes flat – no editing, no over thinking, no backtracking.
    2. Link back here and invite others to join in.
    3. Go a little overboard encouraging the writer who linked up before you.

OK, are you ready? Give me your best five minutes on:

in real life…

{My 6 months in the making, way more than five minutes post is over here today}

First Five Minute Friday – and, that was so much more challenging than I thought it was going to be :) But, I was brave and posted anyway – looking forward to it being a regular Friday thing.

In Real Life…I am fearful, and ashamed….
In Real Life..I really wrote a post in 5 minutes…
In Real Life…I pondered that post for 2 hours…
In Real Life…I deleted that post…
but…In Real Life, some of these posts I HAVE read…are blessing me!
    Thank You!

I’m having trouble signing up! Help?
The screen that it takes me to after I hit the order button says there was a problem finding an event, and to search for an event in my area. Do I need to register to host so there will be an event I can register for?
    Please advise.
    Thank you!

If no one has started a meetup yet in your area, then yea, you won’t find one yet. But maybe you can find a friend who’d like to host one with you? :)
