“Don’t let your lack of words keep you from sitting beside her. Let her cry ugly tears, catching them as they fall. That’s all she really needs, that’s all she really wants. She wants you, comfort with clothes on”

Loved your Wednesday post! It had just the words I needed to share with my 13 yr old daughter who had just tried out for two parts in our school’s first UIL Jr high one act play. She got neither but got the part of the White Queen which has singing as part of it. My daughter has a lot of talents but singing is not one of these. As I pondered on what advice to give her when she texted me “I can’t do it”,your email came up and I shared with her the part about Courage and facing your fears. Thank you for that! I also added that God has His hand on her and she should exercise some faith and that I love her. You, my friend, have been God’s instrument today…thought you should know:)
