I don’t know that any change for the better in someone’s life has ever come about through anything other than kind words. The Bible even talks about God’s kindness leading us to repentance. Kindness opens doors for growth, change, forgiveness, healing, repentance, gratefulness & a myriad of other heart changes. Kind words provide life to the hearer. Kindness is key!
